In most cases, you will receive the card and associated PIN before the delivery date of your new car. This process may be delayed at the supplier and you may not receive the card and PIN until 10 working days later. The card and PIN are sent separately. Has your card still not arrived 10 working days after delivery of your car? Please contact fleetkennis. Your fleetmanager can find out what is going on and ensure that you receive the card and PIN as quickly as possible.

Do you need a charging or fuel card for your current car or will you receive a car from your employer's excess? There may be a delay of 10 working days between the time of application and delivery of the card. If you are going to drive a car from the pool, the card will be requested once the car is assigned to you. Has your card not been delivered 10 working days after your car was requested or assigned to you? Please contact fleetkennis. Your fleetmanager can find out what is going on and ensure that you receive the card and PIN as quickly as possible. Is your address information up to date? You will receive the card and PIN at your home address. Have you moved recently? Please contact fleetkennis so that we can check whether your address details held on record are correct.
