How can I claim expenses incurred?

Claims can be easily submitted via the MultiTankcard Next App.

As a user of the MTc Next App, you can claim expenses incurred via the ‘Transactions’ button. Click on the ‘New Claim’ button to submit a claim. Choose the type of claim and add a photo of the receipt.
Complete your claim with the required information and click on “Submit” to finalize the claim. 
 
If you do not succeed in submitting your claim or if the type of claim is not listed, please check the Van Oord leasing policy to see if your expenses will be reimbursed. Of course, you can always contact fleetkennis.
