When will I receive my home charging allowance?

When will I receive my home charging allowance?

Unfortunately, there is no universal answer to this question. The processes of the charging station supplier and the agreements you enter into with your employer determine the payment date of your home charging allowance. Charges made at your home charging station are settled via various suppliers and your employer. This means that it may take approximately 6 weeks before the costs incurred are credited to your account.

Example: Charging costs incurred in January will be reflected in your bank account between 15-31 March.
