What should I do in case my car breaks down?
Make sure you get to safety as quickly as possible.
Park the car as far to the right as possible, for example on the hard shoulder or as close to the crash barrier as possible;
Turn on the hazard lights and/or place a warning triangle;
Put on a high-visibility jacket and wait in a safe place for the roadside assistance service to arrive.
We distinguish between two types of car breakdown: non-drivable and drivable.
Non-drivable: If the car is no longer drivable, call the leasing company and indicate in the menu that you wish to speak to the roadside assistance service. You will be connected to the emergency control centre who will help you get back on the road safely.
Drivable: If the car is still drivable, you can immediately make an appointment with an official dealer of the car make. The dealer will contact us for permission to carry out the work.
